We help operations teams go from guessing to knowing.
We map what is broken, scope what needs fixing, and build something your team can run themselves.
Who You're Working With
I am a Geographer and Business Analyst. For six years I have worked with healthcare, philanthropy, and community organisations helping them make sense of their business operations.
The part I enjoy most is discovery: sitting with a team, identifying what is broken, and working out what a real fix looks like before a single line of code is written. Most of the value is in getting that part right.
I have never met a messy spreadsheet that did not have a story to tell.

Real Work, Real Outcomes
A few examples of the business problems we solved and what changed after delivery.
Australian Communities Foundation
Problem
Reporting took hours every cycle and required pulling data manually from three different systems. Nobody had a single view they could trust.
What we built
Built an automated ETL pipeline in R connecting Foundant GLM, CommunitySuite, and Dynamics 365 into one Power BI model with custom calculated fields. Fund managers can now see donor behaviour and granting patterns on their own, without waiting on anyone.
Outcome
The team stopped chasing data and started using it. Reporting that took hours each cycle now runs automatically, and fund managers no longer need to wait on anyone for answers.
Budding Wellness
Problem
Sales data lived in a point-of-sale system with no way to make sense of it. Product performance, supplier margins, and customer patterns were all invisible to management.
What we built
Set up data validation rules and a standardised product naming convention so the data came in clean from day one. Then built a full sales report in R Markdown covering profitability, product trends, supplier analysis, and customer segmentation.
Outcome
Management went from no visibility to a complete picture of the business updated automatically each period. No spreadsheets, no manual effort.
First Peoples' Assembly of Victoria
Problem
Event attendance data was captured through a canvas Power App form and stored across multiple SharePoint lists with little data validation. No visibility into event attendance across Victoria.
What we built
Added validation rules to the Power App form to enforce clean entries going forward. Wrote an R script to standardise and deduplicate the historical SharePoint data, then built a Power BI dashboard with maps, event type breakdowns, and attendance filters across Victoria.
Outcome
A team of 25 people went from staring at raw lists to exploring their own data visually. The client said she could not believe how easy it was to generate the exact view she needed.
